Expect more drool-worthy photos soon

Joel, letting me test out my new Canon Rebel T1i on him. Hooray for beautiful subjects!

While I'm here, let me give a thank you shout to the Shutter Sisters for including a copy of Rangefinderin their suite gift bag. I read it cover to cover this week and it is so, so solid. Thanks, sisters. Next stop: a LensBaby!

"To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them."

Totally girl! I'm being reminded of my photo classes a few years back. Joel is pure model, and lensbabies are a lot of fun.

Aw, dang, Gwen, this is just too damn romantically sweet! I look forward to seeing what other poses you place him in. From this photo, looks like he's a very willing subject!

And those ShutterSisters ladies are awesome. Fabulous conversationalists as well as being quiet adept at throwing a hell of a great pj party.
