Props and big ups to Simplenote.

I mentioned the application yesterday in my roundup of my twelve favorite apps of the year. Simplenote stands out as the one I use daily. Before this year I wrote my blog posts in TextEdit. Now I use Simplenote exclusively because it allows me to keep drafts synced up on my iPhone and laptop. It's like that workhorse you forget about because it's always there, just operating as it should and never crashing. And it's hecka cheap.

Brilliant, simple, notey. My life is a bit better because of the Simplenote team. Thank you, Fred and Michael.
