See You in Vancouver: November 24-29

This morning I'm off to Vancouver for a week! It's my first trip to Canada and I've longed to go to Vancouver for many years. (Remind me to tell you about Epcot Canada sometime.)

I'll be spending some quality time with Danielle LaPorte and Kristin Darzugas and friends. Am I stoked? Yes. Beyond words.

I'll be teaching a Mind Body Tech workshop on Saturday this week and would love to meet you in person if you're in Vancouver (or have a hankerin' to drive up from Seattle). There will be yoga and vision mapping and creating tech workflows and brand talk and learning. Lots of it.

We'd also love to see you at the tweetup - November 25th (this Wednesday) from 7p at Chill Winston

Oh my goodness; you are going to love it. Vancouver is the most beautiful city I've ever seen. The yoga is absolutely the best. The food is healthy, fresh and delicious. If you have any free time for nature, you've got to do the Grouse Grind. And did I mention the yoga? Have the most wonderful time.

See you there!
