Just arrived in California early this morning. Waking up at three was totally worth it (thanks to the very patient Joel for getting me to the airport as it was opening). Can't say I was sad to leave Boulder as it started snowing yesterday. First snow of the season.

Right now, I'm listening to our four rock star (pictured above) coordinators - Maggie Mason, Aubrey Sabala, Laura Mayes, Helen Jane -  coordinate. I'm hearing words like "wine, cheese, massage" and feeling my breathing deepen. 

This weekend is the first Broad Summit. Stoked to be here with some of the most amazing women I know. And several more I'm about to get to know. Which means I'll be powering down for a few days. But when there are updates from the women here this weekend, they will be here. Already spent part of the morning in a car with Aubrey and JauntSetter's (go fall in love with it) Dorothy McGivney. Lovely start.

Day 3, no coffee. All is well. So far.

Hopefully a bottle of wine won't cancel out all the good work I've done so far. Surely it won't, right?
