Working out of the TechStars offices means I get to hang out with rad mentors, talented teams and hopeful applicants daily. Around 8 am today at Boulder Open Coffee I was reminded yet again why I do this. The format this morning was “self-help.” Folks from the group of nearly fifty threw out questions/problems they’re currently wrestling with (like: how do I manage my investors?) and the group responded. Knowledgeable, friendly responses to hard questions. That’s why I gush about this community so much.

Go ahead and get your application in. Acknowledge the fear (I might be rejected! I might have to eat ramen all summer! I might get hazed!) and apply anyway. Live at your edge. You’ll be in good company in Boulder.
